The Thomas A Stewart Secondary
School Music Department
conducts three different band. The Wind Symphony is open to music
students from grades 9-12. Auditions are not required, however a
code of conduct must be signed. Jazz and the Dixieland Bands are
open to students of all grades. An audition is required.
Staff Advisors:
The Wind Symphony is conducted by Vince Abrahamse and Ben Jackson
while the Jazz and Dixieland Bands are conducted by Vince Abrahamse.
Who should join?
Music students from all grades should consider being a band member.
Band allows students to perform and work collectively.
