Peterborough's The Staveley Project combines
melodic acoustic folk with hard-driving indie-rock that is delivered
with a passion that is unequalled in today's Canadian music scene.
Frontwoman/Songwriter Jill Staveley assembled The Staveley Project
after years of performing as a solo artist and involvement in a
number of bands. Guitarist Ryan Perks and drummer Donovan Allen were
brought on board in 2004 with current bassist Jean-Marc Pineau
filling out the lineup in 2006. The band has seen many stages and
changes over the past 2 years, and one day hopes to rock your socks
off.
