One Good Handgrenade is a 4 piece
progressive rock band with a lot of experience. The band has been
playing venues around central Ontario for the last eight years.
Their covers include the classics, ACDC, The Beatles, ZZ top, The
Doors, Black Crows, U2, The hip, all the way up to the current stuff
like Green day, Wheezer, Sum 41,
Handgrenade is,
Front man Ian Kurz plays on lead and rhythm guitar as well as a
doing lead vocals. Ian has that classic rock and roll singing
voice with mega range. He covers ACDC as well as the original but
can turn on a dime and do Green day to a T.
David Seymour plays lead and rhythm
guitar. Dave learned his craft playing blues and jazz so
don’t be surprised when some of those influences show through on
his style. Dave has a twenty five year passion with his instrument
and is the type of guitar player that other guitar players like to
watch.
Dan O’Brien plays bass and does
vocals and Matt Mcllmoyle Drums. Dan and Matt combine to give
the band a rock solid rhythm backdrop. Dan’s stay home base style
has a rugged edge and blends perfectly with Matt.
One Good Handgrenade enjoys
performing and when you’re having fun it’s contagious.
