Kim Doolittle can
sing......that is simply a given. Her voice has been called a
cross between Karen Carpenter and Eva Cassidy with the sass of Bette
Midler thrown in just for fun. As well as being a great singer, she
is a riveting entertainer, musician and songwriter. Her show is
steeped in down home, bawdy humor, mixed with a romping, stomping,
no holds barred diva who will have you howling with laughter one
minute while breaking your heart in two with the next song. Kim is a
working musician, whether it be promoting her own original music or
singing at a corporate event. Her voice has been the backdrop
for numerous commercials, recording projects and she has played
wherever her ability leads her, be it a festival, event or a year
long stint on a cruise ship as a solo performer. One thing is
certain, as a performer, she is a true original.
